12 Hour Physician Shifts (7-7)
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Provides 10-Hour Coverage Daily
Epic EMR
Locations with 8-19 Emergency Room Beds
Subspecialty and Hospitalist Support
Open to New and Experienced Emergency Medicine Grads as well as Experienced Internal Medicine/ Family Medicine Physicians
W2, 1099, Part-Time, and Full-Time Options

Community Health Partners (CHP) provides regional/community-based hospitals emergency department, hospitalist, and urgent care provider staffing throughout Ohio. Through a joint venture between OSUP Community Outreach and Community Emergency Medicine Partners, the group is committed to improving local continuity of care and patient outcomes.
